SOURCING & TRADE-IN POLICY
Sourcing
A 50% deposit is required to secure your pre-order. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. The remaining balance is due upon the item's arrival. Please note that all sales are final, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Trade-in
For trade-in, please provide clear photos of the item, along with any available receipts and authentication certificates. If an authentication certificate is unavailable, we offer authentication but with a fee. We will assess the item's condition and value and provide you with a trade-in price. Once you have approved the offered price, you may select your desired item and pay any remaining balance (if there is any).
LAY-AWAY OR INSTALLMENT POLICY
In-Store Financing Options
We offer layaway plans ranging from 8 to 12 months, depending on the item's value. Additional charges may apply based on your preferred payment term. Please note that all sales are final, and cancellation of a layaway plan will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. For credit card installment purchases, we recommend contacting your bank to inquire about their available installment options. To secure your layaway purchase, we require postdated checks. Once full payment has been received, your item will be released. Upon entering into a layaway agreement, we will provide a contract detailing all terms and conditions

We will require a down payment of P10,000 to secure your appointment slot.
The authentication rates for bags are as follows:
P10,000 - Doubtful
P30,000 - Regular Leather
P40,000 - Ostrich Leather of any brand
P50,000 - Croc/Lizard Leather
P100,000 - Himalayan
P20,000 - Chanel Bags
We will provide an authentication certificate to all items proven authentic. We offer a lifetime warranty on authenticity provided that the item has not be altered and is purchased from us.
Bag Spa
We offer bag spa services for all brands. To schedule an appointment, please contact us via Viber or Instagram Messenger. Please provide photos of the bag to allow us to assess the damage in advance. Our bag spa services start at P10,000, with additional charges possible depending on the extent of the damage. We will inform you of any additional costs via Viber Messenger before proceeding with the service.
